Briefly describe the North American Free Trade Agreement and the major effects

“Briefly describe the North American Free Trade Agreement and the major effects it has on the level of tariffs and the amount of movement of goods and services across the US border.  Summarize the level of trade between the trading partners and how this has changed over the last few decades.  The United States Trade Representative’s letter to Congress outlines some initial goals of upcoming negotiations.  Identify two goals that worsen trade freedom and explain how specific economic sectors and states stand to gain or lose as a result of reduced trade freedom.”
